Villanesia is a powerful booking platform managed by PT. Jetwings Tour & Travel Bali that lets you book a residential or commercial property with no hassle. Our company has been operating in the field of tourism management for more than 10 years and we are consistently improving our performance to give our clients exceptional service and the best booking platform experience available.
- You need to login in order to make a reservation.
- On the page of Villanesia, click the Login button on the menu bar. You may log in with your Google Account.
- Input your details (e.g name, address, emergency contact and photo profile) then proceed by clicking save.
- Next, click the property option you are interested in (e.g villa, apartment, or glamping).
- On the booking bar, input your stay period, and total guest then proceeds by clicking Request to Book.
- Once your booking request is sent, within 24 hours the Villanesia Reservation team will contact you to confirm your availability and arrange your booking.
We accept various payment services as below to ensure every guest transaction is smooth and worry free.
- Card Payment: Visa, Master, JCB
- Virtual Account: BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, Permata, Muamalat
- E-Wallet: Shopeepay, OVO, QRIS
- Convenience Store: Alfa Mart, Lawson, POS, Pengadaian

No, Villanesia does not charge any booking fees. We are paid directly by property owners and owner’s representatives. This is how we are able to guarantee the best rates for all of the properties listed on our website.
On the booking bar, there is a comment box that allows you to input any special request. Our concierge team will be more than happy to accommodate your request, however, please note that these requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.Â

- Once your submission form is reviewed, Villanesia will observe and make a thorough analysis of your property including offline/online site inspection to match Villanesia standards.
- Then we will propose to you the partnership agreement and we will sign a minimum one-year contract after being reviewed and agreed upon by both parties.
- Lastly, you need to provide the marketing materials including rate details, a fact sheet, and photos for our team to use, and we will start to process the data loading to our platform. Please note this, the process may take up to 7 working days.

- We take a commission from every booking that is generated via Villanesia instead of on a monthly basis. You only need to pay when we successfully bring you, guests.

We have an extensive Sales database and Marketing tools to distribute the property on various Digital Marketing platforms, i.e. Google Ad Sense, Electronic Direct Message (EDM), Blasting Message, and Social Media Platforms.
Instant Booking
This feature will allow guests to instantly book your property for available dates. Keeping your calendar up-to-date is key to using Instant Booking successfully.
Reservation Request
This feature needs to be approved by the host prior to confirming the booking. For any requests that do come through, we’ll need to respond by accepting or declining the reservation, or messaging our prospective guests within 24 hours.
All the Guest will book the room through Villanesia and settle the payment directly collected by Villanesia. You will receive the payment on the rented property via bank transfer and the amount received is already Net Rate as indicated in the invoice.
We charge zero management fee, as we only take a commission based on the total bookings. We will be motivated to set a reasonable price, not too high to lose clients, and not too low to damage the level of the property or diminish revenue.
Minimum of 1-year contract agreement.
